Quick Release Battery Clamps

Anyone use these? Sometimes I've seen them called disconnect switches or battery isolators(?). Any opinions?

Very handy indeed ~ I had these on my Volvo 240 and they were awesome. As Colin says, only the neg. I did the positive, but you only use it when changing batteries. The neg comes off every time you do something.

Pictures of the type I used are surprisingly hard to find.
