How is this supposed to be wired? It's different from my old one.

Do you have the insulated B+ DF terminals sticking out of the generator?
If so, aren't those ends supposed to be attached to the brush terminals? Consult Bentley.

Hey colin - I did find this via Glutamodo on The Samba forums:

I just cant tell if both the wires coming out of the circular hole are connected to the same terminal.


I can't tell from the workshop manual, Haynes or Muir.
