Hi all,
Just putting my family friends 74 jeans beetle back on the road after years parked up.
The below two wires were disconnected years ago and i cant seem to find a wiring diagram showing those colours.
Any ideas please. Come from main wiring loom on left hand side:
Red/Green
Yellow/Green

So, 1974 had the computer diagnostic socket in the engine compartment. Do you still have that computer socket?
If yes: disconnect battery, pull diagnostic plug off bracket. Look for wire colors above. If yes, you may delete them.
If no: next question, was this ever an autostick?

HA yea the wiring is a work in progress, car still not left the driveway
