Potential source for alternator/generator bearings and parts

Found this German company which specializes in Bosch alternator parts. They have bearings with "clearance category C3", which apparently are deliberately designed to be "loose" at room temperature, but which tighten up at higher operating temperatures.

The majority of their stuff is for modern alternators, but they have an "oldtimer" section which might have something of interest for we old-timers.

Colin, they might even have a solution for your shrieking generator...

Oh, I love my shrieky. It is my aural cruise control. But new German bearings for it, I'd be interested.
