Where do these wires go?

One comes from the relay to the blower motor, the other from a dedicated ground spade on the mount to the blower motor. Some have integral plug spades that are supposed to receive a connector, others have little leads of yellow/black wires sprouting from a grommet in the motor housing. You may need to install your own terminals (male or female)
