New book on VW buses and campers

Post by JLT » Wed Oct 19, 2016 10:20 am

Well, it's out.

Image

I was planning on a release date of November 12 (the 67th anniversary of the debut of the VW Bus), but things have moved a little faster than expected, so here we are.

The link to the Amazon store is at:

http://tinyurl.com/jdffndp

It should be available to your local bookstores in a month or so. It's ISBN-13: 978-0979063510

There are a few people in it that folks might recognize, notably Static, PJalau, and our own beloved Amskeptic. Colin has a page and a half there, buried in the verbiage.

For those in the Sacramento area, there'll be a book signing on November 12 at the Avid Reader on Broadway, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Feel free to come down and say hello!

Well, the relentless editor in me is sick of editing right now. And I'm not much of an editor anyway, which is why I had somebody else edit the book. But, as I said when we met for lunch last summer, if you show me what you've got, I might be able to hook you up with somebody who might know what to do with it.

I'll PM you about this by and by.
