Yes indeed. In a perfect world, I'd have both, but wasn't born that rich :blackeye:

Though I will tell you, the two happiest days of home ownership was when I bought it and when I sold it. =D>

Knowing that you get nervous with wearing out a creampuff, keep looking for a bus that has a little road rash. The joy will be that much greater, and the money you save not catering to someone's inflated notions of market value, can go directly into maintenance and whatever freshening you decide to do.

My favorite buses are always those that are driving on a daily basis. You can feel it. They invite you to take to the road. Find one that is well-loved, well-maintained.

Hey, Larry-you need to update your air-cooled friends on your current watercraft plans.

I guess I do especially since many of you are like family and some of you are planning to assist me.

OK folks, here's the long story
:study: http://lifewithlarry.com/change-is-in-the-air/

and the Cliff Notes version: :thumbleft:

On July 1, 2016, I will be launching my kayak in Buffalo, NY at the mouth of the Erie Canal.
I will then be paddling down the Erie Canal to Albany NY, pick up the Hudson River, paddle to NYC, cross a bit of ocean and get into the Chesapeake Bay and continue down the Inter-Coastal Waterway all the way to Key West Florida.

I expect the trip to take between 6 and 8 months at the earliest. Longer if I stop and visit my friends along the way.

If any of you are along y route and wish to say hi, put me up for a night or two or help in anyway, please comment on the blog so I can keep in touch with everyone in one place.

:salute:

Hey man that is awesome. I am glad there are other nuts out there in the world, as I prepare for a summer in the mountains.
I'd say hi but there is no NW Passage.
