Trouble uploading pix

Don't see a category for site issues, so I'll throw it in here. I see the sixe limit for pix is 300K (rather small), but I still get a "too large" message when I try to upload pix that are under 200k. Am I doing something wrong?

thet have to be 640x480 rez also.

Thanks, that was it. I used the compress feature of Picture Manager, and it shrunk them to well within the max file size, but they were still too many pixels. Now I just have to figure out how to get them to post.

I would like to open up our server space/pixel/resolutions because the visual is critical on this site. Randy and I have a busy day coming up.
