Bus pulls left...

Bus started to pull left when braking. I know the issue is going to be with the right front. I replaced all the rubber hoses 2 years ago and also had both front calipers replaced with rebuilt ones as well as having the entire system flushed and filled with ATE Super blue.

I'm thinking that perhaps some air may be in the line on the right side or the caliper/pad has seized. Gonna dig into it tomorrow perhaps...if time permits.

If it turns out it's the right front caliper is seized I'm going to be pissed given it would be the second time I've replaced both front calipers in 6 years. I hate supplying to the Shi__y parts monster out there!

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Quit using Autozone and send the calipers to www.facebook.com/PMBPerformance to be restored to like new condition. He started out doing 914 calipers but now does all kinds of them including rare race cars ones.

I will be looking for your update.

Maybe it is a simple case of worn pads. The Volkswagen method of informing you of worn pads is the spreader spring, which is designed to grab the pad ears when they are worn too far. This reduces braking efficiency, alerting you with swerves.

No Autozone parts for me. Calipers were from German Supply (rebuilt). Not the pads either...given they have ~ 8000 or so miles on them. When I did them (brakes) last I put new rotors, new pads, 4 new hoses, rebuilt calipers and bleed the entire system and replaced with Super Blue (ATE). Did the above back in March or April 2012.

Ok...alright-y then. Pulled the right front side apart and clean everything up real nice. Pads looked good roughly 70 % of pad left. Both inner and outer were even worn. Pushed the pistons back and everything looked good nothing out of the ordinary. Rubber seals were good. Once everything was clean I put it all back together. Took for a test drive and what-ta you know....no more pulling to the left  :-k :-s
