The angle iron on the sides are for the mechanics to hold the top. Up front and back are rounded beading. Screwed into the wood you will need around the hole you cut. I went over to a friends house and cut the top off of a burned bus Friday. useing the rib as a pattern for front and back bows for my removable sub hatch.
