Heading out for test drive #2. Still no price, he won't be there. Talk about a low pressure sale. Hopefully I'll do better with first and second gears this time. It doesn't seem to like them much.

Anyway, price has been negotiated, $2,800, and we are scheduled to finalize the transaction and gain possession of our bouncing baby Ghia Thursday before I go to work. She is tentatively monikered Gretchen or Gilda.

Alas, no time to adjust timing, wipers and other get-to-knows until we return from a trip to Eureka next Wednesday (Todd Rundgren night). Driving Bertha down for a wedding, leaving after work Thursday. So it goes.

We are aflutter with excitement.

Links to images need to have the filename of the image itself, you're trying to link to a gallery page that *contains* the image. You gotta have something that looks like this (minus the spaces in the img tag):
