I do like the IRS and extra luggage space of my '71 Super Beetle. Still pretty simple in the mechanical department, except for that funky Autostick (but it has been perfectly reliable).

Taking the pan down today for sandblasting! I should be plenty busy over this winter reassembling with disc brakes and powdercoating. :cheers:
